Never had a baby sitter. I grew up in late 50’s early 60’s in England. My parents would take me with them and leave me in the back of the car with a bottle of pop and a bag of crisps. I loved the crisps because the salt came in a little blue twist. After I was 10 they left me home alone. Wasn’t very often though. I do remember being able to watch shows like “The Avengers,” and “The Outer Limits,” because I was alone.
