I’ve used these pretty infrequently for the past ~10 years. I’m worried that the top will peel more.

You can try shoe goop for the places where the rubber has worn away. These might not be salvageable though. Rubber does eventually wear out.

Just treat the part of the shoe you kick stuff with. Won’t look great though.

You might be able to get a cobbler to glue a piece of scrap leather over the toebox area on each one. That should buy you another couple of years....
