Just a little rant.. went out to start my car this morning and noticed some very obvious car troubles that turned out to be a stolen catalytic converter. Super annoying to deal with. I'm lucky it's getting covered by insurance.

ugh sorry i just heard this happened to someone in Danbury. I think multiples in the same lot; These idiots have a tendency to show themselves sooner than later.

They do steal EV batteries but it is much more difficult than catalytic converters.

They got my cats a few months ago while I was doing a job in newington. I don’t think most scrapyards are even taking them anymore…but Vernon is close to Ostrinsky scrap in Manchester and you might want to call them and see if anything has been brought there recently. I dunno if that will help or not but it’s a thought
