A natural sponge should be used by everyone in my opinion. I do not know why not everyone already does! It is more efficient, more pleasant and better than the hand. You save a lot of shampoo, it ensures that it foams properly and you can clean your skin more thoroughly and easily with it. And you are also faster with it. It makes showering easier, more thorough and just better!

There is no downside except that it costs around 10 €/$. I use one sponge for at least half a year, you only have to rinse it briefly after showering and so it stays fresh for a long time! It's a little thing but you shower mostly every day, so it's worth making even small improvements!

Important: It should be a natural sponge, the artificial is far inferior to the natural! I'm sure most will like it after trying it once.
