If you start setting your alarm 5 minutes earlier every week now, you'll be (mostly) already getting up when stupid daylight savings tries to steal that hour back from you. (Should have posted this last week I guess)

Bonus, you'll have about 6 weeks or so where you're up early enough to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee or exercise in the morning with your extra time!

Fed up of DST stealing an extra hour from you.

Just steal 5 minutes from yourself every week...

No. It literally takes your body 3-5 days to adjust. Why spread it out over 100-180?

Because then you don't have to adjust at all? It just kind of happens. And you might even form some new healthier morning habits. Idk, just something I'm trying this year.

Alternatively, schedule your Sunday so you can sleep in a bit and go to bed early for a few days after DST kicks in.
