It’s funny because bad and good are opposites but they’re not the only options. Doing nothing is also an option. Doing nothing is better than doing bad things. You don’t HAVE to do good things, but don’t do bad things.

I dont think self esteem is the reputation you have with yourself. I think self esteem is also dependent on what you think other think of you and many more factors.
