I recall seeing a tool where you could visualize a ML pipeline as a graph, but I'm at a loss for finding it again.

Do such tools really exist?

Those guys are so committed they call their pipelines DAGs.

Kubeflow? There are two more tools related to it: Elyra (open source) and Vertex AI (GCP, basically built on top of Kubeflow and TFX)
