Don't got to Lisbon Rd Animal Hospital

They told me I needed to pay them thousands of dollars to remove all of my cats teeth, went and got a second opinion and she only needed to lose two teeth. 5 years later and she still has all of her other teeth and no issues.

Maine is a big state. Calais or Kittery? Or are you willing to drive 8 hours?

Pretty open to driving. Located in western Maine. Thank you for any and all recommendations. Note: old girl (small breed; 9 years) may need extraction and remediation.

Ask your current vet who they recommend.

Very good idea, thanks! I’m so crowd sourcing repairs… LOL

Many years ago, I took my dog to Bridgton and they were amazing. Don’t have any recent feedback for you but maybe check them out. https://www.bridgtonvets.com/

Took our dog to Bridgton years ago when he broke his canine in half. They were able to do a root canal and save the tooth. Tooth is still doing great.

In Southern Maine at least, they have free dental clinics where you can get cleanings done for free. I think the next one is in January. It happens three times a year.

I don't know if they have clinics in more northern areas as well, but we've taken our cats there for years with no issue. Might be worth looking into.

Thank you. Willing to pay, but desire gentleness with old girl as well as quality work.
