My first keyboard build!

  • board//akko 5075b plus

  • switches//gamakay phoenix silent linears

  • keycaps//keygeak candy series

  • no mods other than adding an extra layer of foam

In total about a $200 build, I love it! One day I want to switch the white keys I have right now to white ceramic keycaps instead :)

Candy seems too busy by itself but the white you have balances it really well! Very cute. Are the white keys from another set?

Thanks :D and the white set I'm not sure, it was gifted to me by someone who wasn't using it anymore, probably glorious like the other commenter said though cause that person uses a gmmk pro

I've just been spoiled by having a ten-key for so long that I'd spend half my day poking my desk accidentally. But otherwise, gorgeous. Nice job.

From keygeak's website, they have a 20% discount if you give them your email and also a student discount, it's called their candy series set. If you get it post some pics :D

The white keys are some random gmmk set I was given a while back

Follow your nose! I like it. Wish the backtick/tilde key was white to keep it uniform though. Looks fantastic either way though don't get me wrong.

If they have more of one color of plastic on the back they are double shot, you can get triple also from Domikey. There's pbt and abs double shot, only abs triple
