We still don't have an official price but the base kit will be in the range of 200€ as others meletrix Zoom serie keyboards!

Will it be possible to get both a flex and non-flex PCB? I don't know which one I would like, and it'd be a nice option to get both and see which one I like.

Yes! You will need to select one of the 2 option with the standard kit but extra pices will be available, so you will need to select the pcb either flex or non-flex for the kit and add an extra pcb of the other type
