WA state attorney for a quick consultation?

I need a limited power of attorney form that I can fill out. I currently live in NYC but need it for a friend to run an errand at the DOL for me. I’ve googled this matter and it’s all very confusing… Plus I can’t have my friend go to the DOL only to be told we have the wrong form or something. Can anyone recommend a website for me to get the form? Or has one that they can send? I would appreciate any help. ♥️

Have you friend call their county auditor or nearest vehicle licensing agent and ask.

I’m aware of this form but it is not relevant to my issue because it is for vehicle purchasing purposes, not license obtaining purposes.

I ___________________residing at ______________give limited POA to ____________on this date:________to perform any and all duties on my behalf regarding obtaining, signing, reviewing documents and making payment to Washington state department of licensing

This limited POA expires ________ X______________

I work in auto licensing, I’d just make sure you’re describing the duties you need them to do so they’ll accept it & they’re always so weird about who’s paying for what so that’s why I added that part. Church it up a lil though & spell out POA

I had actually found a website that creates the POA form for you with the details you enter and filled it out and signed in front of a notary and two witnesses. I don’t know if it’s gonna work but it was the safest bet. Thank you for trying to help though!
