You basically would need to know someone who hunts, or hunt it yourself.

I used a work with a guy who hunted deer. He would have his stuff processed by a butcher and then he'd freeze the meat.

It's illegal in ma to sell wild game meat. Need to hunt or know a guy/gal who does. I've seen whole foods sell venison but it's farm raised meat.

USDA says no to wild game meat being sold in the U.S., which is a bummer.
