People swear by Haddads. I have given them a few tries, and have never been impressed…

Nick’s On Site Detailing gets good reviews, but I’ve never used him personally.

I have had good luck with Ziebart on Route 9 in Shrewsbury, and for the price, they are consistently decent.

Haddad's was really good, but also seemed ridiculously expensive. We paid $450 for an SUV inside and out...

If you're willing to go a bit outside of Worcester, I've had excellent results from https://wecarecarcare.com/ (Framingham). Prices are reasonable and I'm very happy with how my cars looked afterwards. No relation to them, just a satisfied customer.
