Male voices stay pretty much the same after puberty until you start getting into the elderly age range. At that point, male voices have a slight increase in pitch. Most men don’t find it particularly noticeable though. Women, on the other hand, experience a significant voice drop after menopause and find it quite bothersome.

Male voices deepen in puberty and as far as I know stay however deep they got in puberty forever. My voice went adult deep at age 12 and stayed there. Think of opera singers. A bass or a baritone remains a bass or baritone for life. Tenors remain tenors b
