Trying to pay my EZPass tolls before midnight tonight, looking for some advice.

Posted this on r/Maryland but figured I'd try here also.

I haven't had the funds to pay it and was able to get just enough before today. Checked the website yesterday, was told I owe X amount. Started to create the discount plan but the website wasn't accepting my credit card. Said ok I'll try tomorrow.

Log in today, and the website says that nothing can be found matching my vehicle. I'd be like awesome but the X amount is actually about $1,000, which turns into $11,000 due to civil penalties. I took screen shots of the page telling me nothing matched my tags then I called EZPass Customer service and was put on a 184 minute hold.

Stayed on hold for about 80 minutes before the line disconnected. When I called back there was a disconnected/busy signal.

Does anyone know what I should do/can do?

Write your senator. Seriously. This whole thing has been a joke and EZ pass still doesn't have it's shit together.

Bills weren't showing up for a lot of people today. The system doesn't know how to handle people who have moved or bought new vehicles recently

On their website, you can put your tag number to find the tolls owed. Click on Find my tolls. Then click on the middle area Find my tolls link and make sure you type in the correct tag number of your vehicle. I hear today is the last day for discounts on their tolls.

No, maybe you typed your tag and missed a key or typed the wrong key. You said you saw your tolls yesterday based on your post.
