Does anyone have resources for short term rentals in Baltimore? I have an internship this summer late May-August and would like to avoid the high priced Airbnbs. Any help is much appreciated 🙏🏻

Check furnished finder. It’s a platform similar to Airbnb, intended for travel nurses who are usual on 2-3 month stays.

Or a lot of rent by rooms are setup month to month might be able to find a good option through Facebook marketplace.

I used furnished finder for my baltimore stay recently. You can submit a housing request and put what you’re looking for, and it alerts landlords within those parameters and they can reach out to you. There are A LOT in baltimore!

Look at university groups students tend to move out around May and look for subletters.

Craigslist is actually not terrible for this, although as always, be careful.

Find a lower priced airBnB? I know a lot of hate is circulating on reddit about fees costing more than the rental, and that's out there, but it isn't every listing.

I stayed last summer in an Airbnb room in Baltimore and it ended up costing about $2,300 a month when fees were added … that was the cheapest apt I could find, pretty absurd. And it was a shared house
