Pretty sure this is the one we did several years ago. It's great value for $25 and we got to walk around the whole park, go inside the visitors' clubhouse, and the broadcast booth. We did this one January when it was 10 degrees out and still had a great time. I still think about it and recommend it to people, so I'd say you can't go wrong with this one.

Your question may have more success at r/redsox.
The Fenway public tour is good, especially on a non-game/event day. You get to see more on those days. On a game/event day, parts can be closed off.
I never tried a birthday tour and the site says nothing, so I cannot help with that.
If you like tours, you may want to try the New England Sports Museum at TD Garden. There's lots of sports memorabilia spread out around the Garden. It's a good tour if you know local sports well.

The Red Sox offer one, all you have to do is walk into the team shop or call/book online. It’s very popular
