The first thing to do is to make sure this is actually true. Mental associations have a big effect on taste - see those experiments where 'experts' are fooled into thinking white wine with red dye in it is red wine, or cheap wine in an expensive bottle is good wine.
So, do a blind taste test, and see if you can still tell them apart.

That has more to do with wine tasting being absolute bullshit than mental association even… they can put them in glasses with no bottles and the experts still aren’t on point compared to when they arent Pepsi challenged

Experts can tell you where a wine was made and when, what are you on about?

You have some evidence to back that statement up?

Look up the elements of the master sommelier exam

That isn’t evidence my dude.

Not sure what you want

You made the claim, so if it really exists, there will be some evidence, right?
More than stuff written in an exam! In no part of any science in this world would that be acceptable evidence…

I’m really not sure what the hell you’re talking about lol. People need to be able to pass that test to become master somms. If you think the test is bogus that’s your problem. And if you’re asking for a peer reviewed study or something it probably doesn’t exist (which is the same for many facts we accept as true!)

And what proof do you have they can actually taste the things you said?!?
And there is a reason we do scientific studies, to know if things like this are bullshit or not… “accept as true” and are “actually true” are not the same things.
See, that’s where your problem is!
You can accept “facts” without knowing if they actually true or not.
