😂😂😂 I’m actually not even German but I find that this recipe does not need a ton of spices especially because the Bockwurst also has a lovely smoky note and adds to the Eintopf.

Let me guess the ingredients.I guess, they are onion, garlic, carrot diced, potatoes ,Bockwurst , vegetable oil , salt, white pepper, black Pepper.

Throw anything you want in the pot and boil it. Literally this.

Briefly sautée the onions and garlic and then add the potatoes. Stir briefly and then add water, carrots. When the carrots and potatoes are almost cooked add the chopped Frankfurters/Bockwurst. Add black pepper, white pepper and then salt to taste. Garnish with some spring/green onions. That’s it.

See I just feel like this would be so much better if you the veggies and meat was sautéed and actually got color on them instead of boiling
