This is a very popular recipe with all different variations :) No one person owns it. Thank you for the compliment though, much appreciated!

The dough is a classic puff pastry. This takes a long time to make so buying it premade is an option. When purchasing, buy the sheets of puff pastry, usually in the frozen dessert section of most grocery stores. There is usually 2 sheets per package so I lay them out on a lightly floured surface and layer on one sheet strips of brie cheese and chopped parsley. Take the other sheet and place it on top and press down firmly. (I use a rolling pin to really compress the sheets together). Cut into strips, kind of like ribbons. Lay pieces of prosciutto on each strip and twist them. By doing this it will hold the prosciutto onto the puff pastry. Once they are all twisted up, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with some flake salt or any seasoning you like! I like using everything seasoning. Bake at 375 for about 15/18 minutes. Note: Every oven is different so keep and eye on them. Once they are puffed and golden brown they are done ! Hope this helps ☺️
