Didn’t use much mayo, only a spoonful. I leave the avocado chunky for a bit more texture with a squeeze of lemon and some salt and pepper.

I feel like it's less wrong but more redundant. Advocado is the raw culinary equivalent of butter/spreadable oil.

A turkey sandwich would be great right now. But deli turkey is stupidly expensive in my local stores and I'm not yet willing to pay $10/lb
