Never had a homemade version but Ikea's is pretty good if you ask me. Reasonably priced too. If it wasn't an hour drive from my house I'd eat there more often.

Ikea is to meatballs what McDonald's is to hamburgers. It's aight, and it definitely hits a certain spot, but it's nothing compared to the real thing.

If you've been dragged through the showroom and sat on and touched every piece of furniture for two hours the IKEA cafeteria is great. Once done then you get to go to the lower floor and browse all the other stuff you don't need. Then you need two/three hotdogs and an ice cream after checking out. IKEA is an amusement park.

Ikea's are ok meatballs but they're not Swedish. They're on par with Subway's meatballs. Simple, but tasty for what they are.
