Looking at those blackberries reminds me of when I was in Iceland. We saw these cardboard signs for fresh fruit on our way back from Vatnajokull to Reykjavik.

Decided to stop by and bought about 3k KR worth of blackberries, strawberries, and gooseberries from the ladies table.

So as we're driving down the road, we start eating these delicious, juicy, and by far, the best strawberries, blackberries, and gooseberries I have ever had.

About 10 mins down the road we had finished all we bought, and just kinda looked at each other, nodded, and pulled a u-e.

Spent another 15k KR to clean off this lady's table and reserve fridge and finished about 25lbs of fruit in 2 days between 4 of us.

Hopefully has some bite/crunch to it (but not a ton), some places I know like to do soft French toast and that's so weird to me. I remember recipes saying to leave your bread out overnight (same as croutons) for French toast. So clearly it's supposed to have a little resistance right? Or am I the crazy one
