I really love these. They remind me of something from my childhood.. I sadly can't really remember what.. Trading cards..or stickers perhaps? Still seeing these sparks some serious joy, even if it's forgotten.

And they are beautiful. I would love to have one of those on my wall.

I hand draw the image digitally then use a laminator to adhere foil to the laser printed image

Does the lamination make the ink hot enough for the foil to stick?

Yes, toner gets sticky with heat and the even pressure makes it stick evenly
