I wonder if there is a 2.4ghz wifi adapter to transform IEM wired to IEM wireless ?

You mean a Bluetooth adapter? Fiio sells some adapters that make your wired IEMs become true wireless.

I think OP is looking for a low latency 2.4Ghz solution similar to what you get with wireless gaming headsets.

Yes, absolutely. I know that Bluetooth adapters are there but I search about 2.4Ghz to get ultra low latency.

That would be for live performances, musicians use systems like the "Xvive U4 Wireless". But that's not 'wi-fi', that's just 2.4GHz

There will be some 2.4ghz or similar receivers intended for use with instruments and for pro stage monitoring but, I've never used them. Try a store for musicians.
