Another 16.4 bug. 14PM. No sound bar while changing volume up/down in YouTube while in full screen. Anyone else? Also, another one, stories on IG have no sound while the ringer is off, even while connected to Bluetooth earbuds!

Same, got a 14PM and I checked the YouTube app settings and in iPhone settings but nothing indicates that a toggle has to be switched on or off. I checked with another video app (Amazon Prime) and the soundbar appears so this is strictly an issue with the YouTube app.
