I’ve tried everything from hard resetting my friends device to wiping it and it setting up as new device. Still problem persists where the keyboard doesn’t completely work, is it an internal issue at this point?

If it’s not software or something they’re doing all you’ve got left is hardware.

My friend also told me the screen also has lines going through it, does the screen need to be replaced ?
