I hope it's okay to ask this question here? I usually post and other groups. This notification popped up but I cannot find what's been installed? Does this look familiar to anybody? Appreciate the feedback

Did you update your phone today? Might be a website then, iOS 16.4 allows web notifications

I thought of that, but no, I checked to make sure it didn't update last night while I was sleeping. I have no clue? Cuz sometimes it will download some weird game or something but I don't see anything.
