How TF to copy music from PC to Iphone

I can't get past the awkwardness Retardness of itunes - I've got 13 MP3s in X folder on my PC and itunes only copies 10 of them into PC itunes library.

I drag and drop, I add files, I add folders, I paste them into "Add automatically to itunes" folder and none of that shit works - I mean outta fucking nowhere it worked once after 10 attemps - how the fuck do I copy my music to my phone.

There must be some non-retarded way since I moved 2GBs of music when got that phone and I've never seen itunes at that time

ID3? You mean I have to describe each file with some irrevelant information? Why would I do that?
