Looking for someone to take over Base gym membership (offer incentive)

I'm looking for someone to transfer my Base gym annual membership to and I'm willing to offer an incentive.

The reason I'm looking to transfer my prepaid annual membership (valid until July 2023) is that I just moved to the apartment above the Base gym and it comes with a membership so now I have an extra one.

You should tell people what incentive you're offering so people can decide if its a waste of time or not
