How north is slightly in this case? Jaho in Salem is open until 11pm tonight and has coffee and dessert (pastries, tiramisu, etc.). Not sure if they do pie specifically admittedly.

You could try MarketStreet. I am not sure there are places specific to this, but there are restaurants that are open and not to far from you.
Also, Medford probably has a few.

When I think of pie and coffee, my first thought is the Agawam Diner in Rowley, if that's not too far north for you. Per Google, it's open till 9 on Thurs, Fri, and Sat nights, but I'd call first before heading there to confirm their hours.
