That was a Wendy’s, right?

That's actually brilliant, in the right market...

Position near Whole Foods and "gourmet delis"?

Winner Winner, Raw Food Dinner!

It’s the upper west side in Manhattan…. Def the right market for treating your dogs like children lmao.

Ah, yes!

My stepmother used to take her peekapoo to Karen's (later: for pets and people) on the Upper East ~ I know the type well

:)

It'll be a goldmine

(And assuage a lot of well-deserved guilt, I suspect...)

It’s mostly packaged and frozen from what I saw through the windows

Have you entered it to see what foods it has? There must be some nice ones.

It’s prepared in a kitchen by people and safe enough for human consumption.

Considering that's a former Wendy's, can't imagine food prepared in that kitchen is fit for any consumption by any creatures

Petco carries this brand and the company also has kitchens in various cities where you can buy the food direct. You can look at their website or the Petco website to see the selection. As another commenter noted, it does indeed come in frozen blocks or in ready to serve cartons. My dog was suffering from seizures and other issues. He only ever had the best dry kibble; however, at his age 14-15, it seemed he deserved even better so now he only eats JFfD and his health has improved immensely.

Did you go in and check if it is true?

I would totally go in and ask if they have dog food

That slogan makes no sense at all

DomUK89 t1_iyd0iti wrote

It does. It's saying the food is good quality so they have a longer healthier life, and therefore you get more time to love them.

BaRiMaLi t1_iyd2s26 wrote

I read it like they (the dogs) will have more years of love to give to you.

One way or another, it's quite a clever slogan.
