Not likely,I live pretty far from any major bodies of water and it was stuck in the mud next to a crawfish hole

Are you going to eat that?

Nah,it’s probably gonna end up getting thrown away

Probably dropped by a bird or cat?

Maybe a cat,I have some semi-feral cats living near my house but there wasn’t anything else and it was right next to a crawfish hole

North Texas, about 15min from Lake Ray Roberts
I’ve only ever seen one pigeon out here and maybe 2 owls so a seagul is pretty far fetched

I used to live up there, there's actually quite a few species of gulls you can find at that lake. Check page 5 of this guide:

No idea what ripped the crawdad's arm off, but you can def find gulls near ray roberts :)

it's a nice park! I got a Texas state parks pass a few years back so my friends and I could go swimming every day in the summer. $70 for infinite access to a big lake is not a bad deal at all lol

That's cool. I used to like collecting their arms and remnants of their exoskeletons when I was a kid.
