I've seen one or two posts about this film on here, so this isn't inherently new... But... I've just noticed one I have never noticed before.

In the first act in the Prestige, the solicitor offers Borden £5,000 for his tricks. He tells him to speak to his anginou(sp), Fallon.

Solicitor says he already did and that he agreed to sell him all but the transported man.

Borden: "Well I wouldn't forgive myself for selling my greatest magic trick!" (Para)

I never noticed that before.

Also, "We were two young men at the start of our career - two young men who never wanted to hurt anyone".

You assume he is talking about he and Angier, when he is really talking about he (Alfred) and he (Freddie).
