Grappone are absolute Crooks. The service manager insisted that I needed new brakes and pads all around. I didn't believe him. This was during covid and my car was out of inspection. He started to act like a cop. On my next oil Change I brought my Corolla to IRA. 15,000 miles later they stated I needed new pads and rotors when the thickness went into the red.
