My chargepoint charger isn't working and I've called chargepoint and done a reboot/reset, and called UI and everything seems fine. Next step before replacing it under warranty is seeing if it's the charger or the car. Does someone want to come over and try to use my charger? Or I can come to you and try yours? Either way is great, and will help figure this out.

Is this your personal ChargePoint charger??

And what you can do to save time is try one of the many charge points in the New Haven parking garages. Temple st, air rights, etc all have charge points. It isn’t free, but it’ll be fast.

I’ve also driven into the garages and left in a couple of minutes telling them I drove it by mistake and they let me out. 😂😏

And to be clear… PARKING isn’t free, but charging is.

And the technique I described could probably get you out of the garage without paying.

Where are you located? I am in Westville and could try my Chevy Bolt on your charger. There is a charger in the parking lot off Whalley by Blake where you could check your car on another charge point

OP what do you mean when you say it isn’t working? Does the unit say that it’s providing current?
