Did you actually request a new ID or just update your address? They won’t send a new one without you requesting a replacement.

Pretty sure I requested a new ID as well. I might just go to the DMV in-person at this point. Would I need to bring anything else besides my ID with my old address?

Did you pay the $11 for the replacement ID? Updating address online is free, replacement ID is about $11. There is absolutely no need to go in person, just request a replacement ID. Additionally, if you have a receipt for the ID charge, you can always reach out to ask. They say it should be mailed out to you within 10 business days, so maybe they were slow and got it sent out recently and you should be receiving it soon?

You have to pay online for the replacement first. A lot of the MVC functions now are online only, to save time.
