I can promise this is what Blaire's journals told me. And there are corresponding spells in her grimoire. As much as I'd like to laugh her off as a mad woman, the fact my ancestors went to great lengths to keep these intact and unseen leads me to believe they're true. I can also tell you my grandmother, who has been secretly hiding these items since the death of her own mother in the 90s, practices light witchcraft and has done so her entire life. She was taught by her mom, who was taught by her mom, who was taught by her mom, and on it goes. Of course, she never tried to enter a battle dome for souls. She just cast protection spells on her home and family. She planted bayleaf and mugwort all around our home as well. For their powers in protection. She also planted vervain, and that was amusing when TVD came out 😅 I don't know if you've seen Vampire Diaries but vervain is like "vampire kryptonite" in the show which is fitting because it's protective against evil. More than one friend asked me for some just because they liked the show! Grammy was thrilled when all the "young folk," as she calls them, were using vervain as a protective herb. She didn't even care that it was because of some vampire show. She was just happy to talk about her plants and use some to protect young girls. I do know my mother (RIP) DID practice witchcraft. I'd hear her and my grandmother arguing. Apparently, mom went dark. Revenge spells and summonings. Grammy feared not only for my moms safety but also for her children. Me and my sister. Blaire was unwed and had no kids. The risks she took only endangered herself. And, of course, the poor souls she sent to the Dome. My mom had a broken back from a suicide attempt and walked with a hunch. She also rarely left our home, which was infamous for being haunted. This got her nicknamed "The Witch Of Highland" by the local kids. It's so funny. They have no idea how right they were. Mom taught me some dark magic whenever Grammy wasn't around. Grammy taught me plenty of light magic. What plants to use, what herbs do what, emergency and protective sigils, etc. It's your choice whether or not you want to believe Blaire. But I do. Grammy does. And my mom did. I'd love to post Blaire's journal entries here, but as for the actual spell, I'll be keeping that secret to my grave.

Whoa. For an average person, how many demons and angels show up to fight.
Also, about the suicidals. How powerful are the four demons that show up for them that most of the angles fear them? And you said most of them end up in hell, not all. If they were so strong and feared, how did some end up in heaven?

According to the details in Blaire's journals, the number changes as the fight goes on. A fight may begin with only 10 angels/demons but grow to over 100 before the soul is grabbed. They also will apparently leave the fight if they see too many demons/angels or if they become wounded.

How about the giant demons (Despair, Agony, Guilt, Shame) How powerful are they that they just straight up scare off the angels? And if they show up, how are the angels able to take the soul if they’re so powerful? (Most souls end up in hell, not all)

I will be posting Blaire's journal entries here, so that should answer some questions. But I'll try and answer this one the best I can. They do scare off angels. They're massive. Blaire once wrote that they could pluck the wings from an angel like a human plucking them from a fly. Suicidal souls are the only ones they care about. It's not KNOWN, but it's believed that they consume the souls, which is how they've garnered so much power. They do have some weaknesses though. The giants are hard of sight, and their reaction time is slow. Killing one is out of the question. But stunning or injuring one is not. According to Blaire; suicidal souls have reached Heaven by overwhelming the giants with massive quantities of angels and dispatching a few to use the power of angelic weapons in order to slow the giants down. They might be slow, but due to their size, one step gets them quite far. If the suicidal dead is important enough to Heaven, then high-ranking angels (who hold more power) might show up. The quickest of the angels will fly low (the giants have trouble seeing anything too low to the ground) and bolt for the soul as its kin attempt to hold the giants back. This kind of effort is rare, though. They'll definitely do it for a divine soul who committed suicide. Or a child. Special cases. An average person who kills themselves is getting taken by the giants. Blaire followed many into the Dome. She was on a quest to learn what each kind of soul was in for in the Dome. She followed suicides, children, murderers, average joes, babies, witches, etc.
