I don't think he's possessed, because I feel like saying 'that is not Kevin' means he's something else entirely...

I thought you were the one in trouble for staying, but turned out it was the other way around! Shocking.

Agreed. The spirit implied that the Kevin they brought with them is not the Kevin they all knew.

If they're all really into the supernatural, I wonder if they're Kevin had a situation with the supernatural alone and the Kevin that came back was a result of it.
