Damn Thor equities bought a building i used to live in and they were absolute shit (moved out that year but they painted over a beautiful mura and harassed tenants on rent control to get them to leave). I wish them bankruptcy. The real estate collapse is coming.

The complaint alleges that the $105-million loan remains in default since 6 Aug. 2020, after “the occurrence of multiple defaults” prior to a modification of the loan agreement.
