It doesn't exist, unfortunately. But if you send a message to PPA asking for the streets in your zone, they will send you a list. They were very responsive to me via FB when I was looking for this same info last year.

Lol, I have sent PPA probably half a dozen RTK requests for this data and they have repeatedly insisted they do not have any data about parking regulations on Philadelphia streets.

I do not believe them, but I'm also not about to sue them over this.

Oh they definitely have it, they just don't have it in map form (which is insane to me). They told me last year they were working on developing one lol...

They have attested in official responses that they do not have the data or records in any digital or analog format. I asked both broadly and specifically. For the city, neighborhoods, and specific streets. It's their contention that PPA agents use beat maps and enforce rules as written on signs. Apparently Streets has the data.

Based on my understanding of their operations, I believe that you could legalize your parking spot by removing inconvenient signs (at least until Streets replaced them).

I don't know what to tell you, they literally gave me a list of every single permit street in my district 10 minutes after me asking.
