Thank you so much!! I don’t know what shifts they are looking for but it sounds like they only have three people on staff and could use some help immediately.

Do they need volunteers? I have a business but am always happy to help out

That is so kind of you! I’m sure once their staffing issues are settled they’ll consider volunteers, but for now they are only hiring staff.

My gf (26f) is the most caring and phenomenal human I know. She absolutely would do fantastic with you all and has an astounding work ethic. I'll have her reach out shortly.

I wonder if they could use 16+yo students? There is at least one Prov charter high school that places students with small businesses for term credit.

My friend has a glassblowing business in East Prov and he's had them occasionally for years now, and always had a good experience. The hours the kids work are limited but maybe if they can get a few it would help?

Good question! Sounds like this could be an excellent opportunity for a high schooler. Definitely reach out to them.

This isn't an excellent opportunity for a high schooler. Shelter work is no joke. There is also a reason it says must have handling experience besides owning a pet.

I updated my post after I found out they were looking for applicants 18+ with experience. Their initial IG post, which is where I first learned about their situation, made no mention of job requirements except to say they were at risk of closure if they don’t get immediate help.

I'm just speaking generally, a job like that isn't healthy for a high schooler.
