My wife had an unfortunate slip while on a hike last week, and she's temporarily wheelchair-bound. We're looking to get out for dinner tomorrow in Providence and are searching for places that are wheelchair accessible. She's a foodie and likes places like the slow rhode, the dean hotel's restaurant, dolores, and al forno.

All should be, there was a former police officer turned politician that went around the state suing establishments that were not wheel chair accessible back in the day

They're not all though. The dean's restaurant is one example.

Yea certain old building aren’t. I was working on it at north at the Dean, but the sidewalk size is all wonky, and then Covid happened and honestly it got backburnered. Sorry!

That’s literally why the ADA exists. There is not a restaurant in the United States that can be in business without accommodating. Holy shit…
