Ariana Kabob & Nineveh Restaurant. Both places offer fresh, delicious, & inexpensive food that packs a hell of a lot of flavor. I have yet to order something from either location that wasn't fantastic.

ariana kabob in carytown ! usually plenty of indoor seating available, and open til 9 or 9:30 most nights and until 8 on sunday

Zombie Pizza on Semmes is halal. And they are open til 9p during the week and until 10p on Friday & Saturday.

Kabob Place in the west end has a chef from Kabob Palace in Arlington.

Of course it is not quite that good but the closest in town.

They even serve maghaz. I think they have Ramadan hours/deals.
