Shameless self-plug but I am trying to build up a youtube channel around AI. My first video is about a developing a self-driving car in GTA with neurosymbolic ai. This is a new approach which combines both symbolic reasoning and neural nets. I put a lot of effort into the video and I aspire to create more videos like this in the future.
