I don’t get tipping budtenders. Do people tip the cashier at the liquor store?
Only place I've heard that delivers is old rt 66 on n glenstone..

I usually tip 1 or 2 dollars when I preorder. Most of them are like bartenders and actually need the cash tips.

That doesn’t mean they are getting paid like retail cashiers. So yeah, I still tip them.
Edit to ask: or are you one of those people who think that by punishing the employees and not tipping them, you’re sticking it to the man?
If the budtenders here aren’t getting paid atleast minimum wage y’all have a problem. You shouldn’t need a tip to survive. Tips are when someone goes above and beyond not just for doing your job.
You shouldn’t need to, you’re fucking right. Way to understand how shitty tipping culture is. I’m still going to support them. And people can downvote me for that all they want.
Support them away. I’m saying on general lol I do support tipping. I guess my comment entails different
I want to clarify, I’m not saying they’re not getting minimum wage, but if people think minimum wage is a sustainable income, that a whole different set of problems
I agree, a tip should not make or break someone. Like it should be a “reward” a feel good

Okay then. We’re they kind and helpful? Did they make your experience enjoyable? Then tip away (my thoughts)

Where? Because I’d love a job in a dispensary making that, but everywhere I have looked into it’s like $10 an hour.
