Since the headline failed to mention, the type of cancer it’s referencing is myeloma

My friend died from metastic. melanoma this week. A litttle mole a few years ago turned into tumors everywhere. 44 years old. Fuck cancer.

I wonder how many more years until we actually cure cancer, every kind of cancer.

I wonder if Mario Nawfal and Elon Musk will host a Twitter space with 100s of thousands of listeners.

They will talk about how it’s a huge government conspiracy and being on unqualified idiots and fringe right wing clowns to further their message and gaslight everyone listening

The immune system kills cancer well over 99% of the time. It’s one of its major functions. You produce countless mutated cells every day, and the immune system chugs along killing them day in and day out. This treatment just helps your immune system do it’s job.

Yeah, you might die, that’s so much worse than the other option, dying

Cool story, they will make it entirely unaffordable by every person in america who isn't making at bare minimum 6 figures a year.

For sure. We were better off before when this treatment didn't exist at all /s

I mean it literally will make no difference in America, that's what I'm saying. We aren't better or worse off here. It's literally the same as it was before it existed because unless you're rich this story doesn't apply to you. Nothing changed for the average person based on this article in America. New wonder medicines and treatments are for the rich, the working poor never see the benefit

America isn't the whole world there are other countries where this will be accessible to everyone

I mean you could canvas red and swing states promoting universal Healthcare and pricing solutions but that would require doing something

You mean to tell me that pharmacy companies don't exist to help us and actually only care about profit? I'm shocked!!!

I was led to believe that they were a benevolent entity these last 3 years. 🤣

You mean god, crystals, and flavored water won’t help to treat cancer?
