Pen15, WWDITS, Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp, Big Mouth, all come to mind...what are your favorite child characters played by adult actors?
Pretty much all adult animated comedy series would fall under this umbrella, but now there are also a lot of live action series where adults are playing children in a kind of meta way, where the fact that they are adults playing children is part of the comedy.
I think my favorite is 10-year-old/teenage Colin Robinson of What We Do In The Shadows.
This is not a prompt about serious shows where child/teen characters are played by actors in their 20s...unless the age gap is so obvious that it's unintentionally funny (like the movie Dear Evan Hansen)
