Despite paying for premium I’m seeing ads all the time. Support has not gotten back to me. Has anyone else dealt with this? It’s infuriating.

No kidding? How do I do that?
Cancel your plan, subscribe to it through Prime as a channel add-on.
Awesome, thanks so much for the info!
Delete the app, reboot your streaming device and reinstall the app.
Logout, reboot the device and log back in. That's what fixed it for me.
When? It should only be before certain episodes and only for their own shows. Unfortunately, no way to turn those off. The Premium is for ads that interrupt episodes.
If you're seeing ads during episodes, it's a glitch. Happened to me awhile back. They fixed it after a bit though.
Yeah, it’s been legit ads during the shows, for stuff like State Farm, Whole Foods, etc. Did you have to work through support to get it fixed?
The 2022 Edition of the r/television Favorite Shows Survey is now open!

Sometimes, if you have adblock on your browser it can mess up sites like this. Try turning off your adblock on the site and see if that works.
ublock origin will remove the adds, but it also messes with the controls.
What you need to do (and this is a bit fiddly) is to disable it so it can load position information for the video, then enable it so the ads don't play.
That’s happened to me once or twice. I think I uninstalled and reinstalled or logged out and back in and it worked. It’s a glitch.
Easy solution, unsub
Paid for the annual 🙃
And they got you in the annual

If you have prime you can watch Paramount Plus through there as a add-on channel. NO COMMERCIALS.
