Ozark isn’t as good but “unwatchably mediocre” is a complete lie. The only place Ozark truly dropped the ball was a very rushed/sudden ending.

There's something almost hypnotizing about seeing Marty trying to figure his way out of a jam. And like clockwork, someone thinks they have a better idea and screws it all up.

Tom Pelphrey also did an amazing piece of acting in that show. That whole diatribe in the taxi was so good.

Honestly I know a lot of people loved it but I found the writing so insultingly implausible after a while that I couldn’t watch any more.
